VEO Landing Page Domain

Overview

Each Autonomous Fundraising program includes a dedicated VEO landing page hosted on a domain managed by Version2 (Givzey). This domain serves as the central hub for your VEO and provides:

• Avatar video delivery throughout the year
• A consistent, branded donor experience
• Transparency information, FAQs, program details, and donor resources

We work closely with your team to customize the landing page so it aligns with your organization's branding and visual standards.

Why Version2 Manages the Domain

For organizations using an avatar, Version2 currently manages the landing page domain because avatar videos are delivered through an automated integration between the Version2 platform and our avatar provider.

As new videos are created throughout the year, they are automatically published to your VEO landing page. Managing the domain allows us to provide reliable, seamless video delivery without requiring ongoing involvement from your team or IT department.

If your organization does not use an avatar, customer-owned hosting may be an option. Please discuss this with your Onboarding Manager during implementation if this is your preferred approach.

Version2 will guide you through the entire domain setup process.

Domain recommendation

We'll recommend available domain options that:

• Align with your organization's brand
• Typically use a .ai  extension

Domain approval

Your team reviews the recommended options and selects the preferred domain.

Domain configuration

Once approved, Version2 purchases, configures, and deploys the domain on your behalf.

Domain Management

Throughout your partnership, Version2 manages the domain to ensure security, reliability, and uninterrupted service.

This includes:

• Domain registration and renewals
• SSL/TLS certificate management
• DNS configuration
• Performance monitoring and maintenance

Each organization receives its own dedicated domain to support branding and integration with Version2 services.

If your implementation changes in the future (for example, you no longer use avatar functionality), domain ownership may be transferred to your organization when appropriate.
