Completing your RE NXT Customer Configuration Template

Complete the RE NXT Customer Configuration Template to tell Version2 how your organization’s data should be configured for the integration.

Before you get started

Before Version2 begins syncing data from RE NXT, your team will need to complete the RE NXT Customer Configuration Template.

The template captures the decisions needed to determine how your organization’s data is selected and brought into Version2.

Download the template linked above, complete it with the appropriate members of your team, and return it to your Version2 onboarding manager.

What you'll configure

The template will ask your team to make decisions about:

Fundraiser and portfolio mappings: Identify which RE NXT fundraisers should map to each Version2 portfolio.
Contact information: Confirm your preferences for the contact records Version2 retrieves.
Addresses and birthdates: Define how address and birthdate information should be selected.
Giving data: Select the gift types and related giving information that should be included.

Download the RE NXT Customer Configuration Template attached to this article.
Complete each section with the appropriate members of your team.
Use RE NXT to Version2 Mapping as a reference if you need more information about a field or data category.
Return the completed template to your Version2 onboarding manager.
Review the configuration with Version2 before moving on to authorization.
